I am a well-qualified and experienced professional with over 18 years of experience working in the government and non-governmental organizations implementing development and humanitarian diverse projects.

I have played outstanding technical and leadership roles in various organizations (government, local NGOs and INGOs). I have demonstrated experience of working from grassroots to national levels, particularly in program development, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of development & humanitarian programs/projects such as integrated WASH_Nutriton- Food security, natural resources conservation &managment , agriculture, Irrigation, Climate Resilient WASH, IWRM, policy advocacy, and landscape-based environmental sustainability projects and, various capacity buildings activities. In terms of academic qualification, I have PhD in civil engineering, MSc in Water resources management, and BSc in Agricultural Engineering which is an important diverse field that fits into most sectors. I have also developed skills in program/ project management life cycle, resources management (finance, time, personnel and logistics), teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
